UTHD Lectures

This section focuses on lecture-based trainings. Brett and Keith create an educational and insightful environment to realizing the Three Principles, and how they are involved in the entirety of the human experience.

Two Ways of Using the Same Mind: The Ladder.

In this lecture, we discover that it’s not the “object” that give us a perspective, it’s our thought that does. This stop us from getting into the “details” of the object.

As we realize there are two ways of using the same mind, it means there are two ways of understanding anything and everything. This, interestingly, includes all forms including reality, feelings, experience, perception, and many more.

Realizing this allows us to have a stronger sense of the inner direction or orientation and give us the opportunity to experience more of what the “Inside-Out” way of using the mind has to offer.

Part 3: The Spiritual Elevator

Realizing the “Two Ways of Using the Same Mind” shows us that there is a Spiritual Elevator (or Levels of Consciousness) which doesn’t have a top or bottom. The entire structure is available to us, and yet, what determines the floor we are at is not what we think, but which of these two ways of using the same mind. The more we use the wise way of using the mind (going inside), we will keep elevating to healthier realities and feelings, with new seeings, solutions, and possibilities. We have much more potential than we think we do.
