What is the difference between an Insight and a New Thought?

Diving deeper into the Three Principles, we see two ways of using the same mind. We could have a ‘New Thought’ in both ways. However, a genuine insight can only occur from one. What is it then, that allows us to differentiate between an Insight and a New Thought?
