Could the Three Principles be the answer for Therapy?
The Three Principles is a new paradigm, or framework of thought, for therapists and change agents to help patients and clients rediscover their mental well-being, resilience, and wisdom.
There are no tools, techniques, practices, effort, willpower, time, strategies, models, dependencies, language, programming, or thinking involved.
Discovering the True Source for Mental Wellbeing
All mental problems have the same underlying issue – the belief that something in one’s reality they observe is the source of the human experience. It is not. Discovering the true source is what allows us to have mentally healthy realities.
The ability to convey the actual source of Mental Wellbeing
Once the actual source mental wellbeing has been realized and the resulting benefits from the way the client observes reality, the nature of a therapeutic conversation changes from negative to hopeful and insightful.
The client’s problems are not the basis for Three Principles therapy
Talking about the client’s problems only exacerbates the problem, which is an awful experience for the client. There is a better way. By having a conversation about the nature of the Three Principles, we create an insightful space that can give us a reality where we can move forward instead of being stuck with a problematic reality.
No longer being concerned/afraid by the client’s problems
No matter how difficult and challenging it is to hear the client’s issues, you can keep your reality independent from the client’s. This allows you to stay connected to the wisdom within, and wisdom is what keeps you safe, secure, and healthy.
No longer being concerned by to say to the client
The therapist often hopes their words will affect the client. It’s as if language is an indicator of client performance. It isn’t. The Three Principles point beyond words, and now the therapist no longer needs to be concerned with language and instead discover a pre-existing logic that does the speaking for them.
Therapy becomes fun for both therapist and client
Since all wisdom derives and comes alive from the Three Principles, it can only increase positivity for everyone. Therapy, therefore, becomes a deeply rewarding profession, and everyone is grateful for a pre-existing system.
Increasing your rigor, precision, accuracy, simplicity, and direction
There is an art, science, and logic to Three Principles therapy. It is characterized not only by what to do, but also by what not to do. behind the Three Principles is a new paradigm, or framework of thought, for therapists/change agents to help patients/clients rediscover their mental wellbeing, resilience, and wisdom. Talking about the clients problems only lead to more problems for the clients. It’s like searching in a haystack that doesn’t have a needle to find – and endless search because we are looking in the wrong direction.

4 Deep Dive Weekends focused on the science of the Three Principles
The Three Principles reveal a science of the human experience we never had before until Sydney Banks revealed them. Now that we have pre-existing principles, this opens up a body of science we can explore. The weekend workshops are deep dive about this science and light up a dimension full of wisdom and well-being.
9 two-hour webinars featuring special guests who teach the Three Principles
We have several special guests who we believe are forces in their own right, teaching and sharing the Three Principles in a way that brings smiles back to clients’ faces.
One-on-one training sessions with Keith and/or Brett
No training program can be complete without one-on-one sessions. All three sessions will be different – one with Keith, one with Brett, and one with both Keith and Brett together. This is to show that you can have your own way of therapy.
Client session Debriefs
As part of your training, Brett and Keith will review the sessions you had with your clients/patients. This isn’t to tell how to do therapy, but to see if where you’re coming is where wisdom lives and therefore be an effective and insightful therapist.

Do you meet the criteria?
We want this program to be the most powerful and deeply insightful you’ve ever encountered. For this reason, we want to screen prospects before signing up, and to make sure that the prospect is going to be fully committed and be a effective contributor to the program.
A willingness to learn
Three Principles for Therapy is a unrealized body of intelligence and knowledge, until now. There is nothing that exists that is comparable, so being prepared to start with a blank canvas is essential. Everything, literally, will be new.
Keeping the canvas as clean as possible
A challenging aspect of “keeping the canvas clean” is to prevent anything that isn’t consistent with the Three Principles from being part of the new body of knowledge.
Having your beliefs made redundant
One of the most difficult aspects of being human is being prepared to let go of what may have served you well. This is to allow room for something more powerful, deeper and insightful to come to you.
A genuine honesty
One of the most difficult human aspects is being brutally honest, especially while retaining compassion. This program will have very frank yet kind discussions because it’s so important to have any Truth before form given a space to be expressed.
The Best Teacher?
The best and only genuine teacher is not a person—not even Keith, Valda, Brett, or Sydney Banks. The most we can do is guide you to uncovering a principle-based dimension within you. Once you experience this dimension, you begin to see the spiritual in your reality and hear beyond the words you read/hear.
The true nature of the Three Principles
If you have already been exposed to Three Principles teachings by someone other than Keith, Valda, Brett, and Sydney Banks, then you need to be prepared to have what you picked up destroyed/rubbished because it will have been recognized as illogical and not consistent with the true nature of the Three Principles. At the end of the day, the real judge of whether your understanding of the Principles is “working” is at the experiential level – one where insights are plentiful.
